Expectations - Preparation - Core, Yoga and Strength workouts


  1. Be on time to practice - 3:15 start

  2. Come prepared (see below!)

  3. Communicate.... with the coaches (and your teachers, and your parents)

  4. More than 1 unexcused absence is grounds for removal from the team

  5. Work as hard as you can in every aspect of practice

Athletes need at EVERY practice:

  1. Proper attire - good running shoes (available at North Wales Running Co. for a discount)

  2. Watch with a stopwatch function! GPS watch not necessary.

  3. Water bottle - no sharing

  4. Stretch band - provided by Dock in preseason to new runners

  5. Towel for core routine and/or stretching

  6. Log your workouts on Strava
